What is Frontline Substitute Teacher Training?
This training is designed to provide certification to substitute teachers and consists of approximately 20 hours of content. Upon completion, you will receive a Frontline Certificate of Completion, demonstrating your readiness to obtain a substitute teacher license in your state.

How long do I have to complete the training program?
Our training sessions are self-paced and can be completed in whatever order you wish. The courses must be completed prior to the end date noted in your registration.
Why are my registrations missing after I log in?
If you are unable to see your registrations upon login, please try the below steps:
- Find the Triangle in any section header.
- Click the Triangle to expand and view the section details.

How do I start my training?
Once you have registered and logged in, click My Registrations > Substitute Teacher Training (Group __) > Launch Activity.
When I click “Launch” nothing happens. Why?
In order to complete the online resources your browser pop-up blocker needs to be turned off.

Session status does not show as complete. Why?
In order for an online resource to be logged as "complete" you must perform the following:
- Watch the video in its entirety without skipping/fast-forwarding through the video.
- Complete the online course in its entirety by clicking through each slide/page individually and completing any quiz or survey at the end with a passing score.
- Allow up to 5-10 minutes for the system to sync and update your completion status.
Substitute Teacher Training completion with a certificate will sync within one business day of completing your last online session.
When does my training expire?
- Missouri substitute certification duration lasts 4 years. More information can be found on the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary website, Substitute Teachers certification page.
- North Dakota substitute certification duration lasts for 2 years. More information can be found on the State of North Dakota website, Substitute License Requirements and Application page.
- Substitutes have 1 year to finish their training on our website before their access expires. For further questions regarding this please contact us.
How do I resolve a Credit Card Gateway Error when registering?
Please contact Frontline byclicking Contact Us. We provide support for payment processing and will be able to review, report, and address any issues with payments.
How do I request a refund?
Refund Policy: Refunds are only available prior to beginning the online coursework and within 180 days from the date of registration. Please refer to the Program Terms of Service below.

Are there any other available payment options?
At this time we only accept debit and credit cards as the form of payment for the Frontline Substitute Teacher Training Certification. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Discover for your convenience.
How do I changemy email/username?
Log into your account and select the Account Settings dropdown located in the top right corner of the page. From there, you can update your information and change your username/email address.
I have more than one account. Can I merge them into one?
Please create a ticket with all the specifics of your account. We will review the accounts and merge them, if possible.
How do I change my password?
If you already know your existing password and wish to change it, simplylog into your account and click the Change Password link in the left column. Then, enter your existing password followed bythe new oneand click save.
If you do not know your password, simply select the "I forgot my password" link at the login page to receive an email with a link. This link will prompt you to reset your password.
How do I add a Providers Catalog to my account?
When logging into your account there are a list of Course Catalogs in the left navigation pane. These are added when you enroll in a course offered by the named WebReg provider.
Please reach out to the provider or navigate to the provider’s website to gain access to their catalog for initial enrollment. Once you register, that provider's catalog will be accessible under your account.
